A motorcycle rider in Cagayan de Oro City recently had a harrowing experience when he encountered a mysterious human figure crossing the National Highway in Gusa which suddenly disappeared. Karl Siao Dagus reviewed his footage at home and couldn’t distinguish the figure’s face. His video of the incident at around 3:00am on Sunday, March 3, 2024 has since gone viral drawing more than 27,000 reactions with at least 2.4 million views in Facebook. Is the figure a ghost or as others say a fallen angel?
