A pickpocket riding a jeepney in Cagayan de Oro was caught on video trying to open the bag of a student. The netizen who shared the footage in Facebook revealed it was her second encounter with the pickpocket, but the first time she managed to record the suspect’s actions. The video shows the pickpocket carrying a large bag, which he uses to conceal his theft attempts from unsuspecting victims who may be distracted by their mobile phones. Thankfully, the pickpocket was thwarted when the netizen alerted the student. Watch below.
The suspect then tried to get off from the jeep after his theft attempt was uncovered.
