Here’s the CCTV footage of yesterday’s shooting incident along Iponan Highway in Cagayan de Oro City. As shown, the two victims on board a motorcycle have just arrived at the scene when the suspect coming from the opposite side of the highway (Barra, Opol) approached them and tried to steal their motorcycle. The victims were shot at close range when they resisted. The motorcycle driver fought back, causing the suspect to flee across the road. Both victims were then taken to the hospital by responding rescue units and are reported to be safe. Watch the video courtesy of Gerdan John Barsobia.
