Asiaphil Inc. will be putting up its first manufacturing site in Mindanao at Laguindingan Technopark, AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp.’s (ALLHC), first industrial park in Mindanao located in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. The firm envisions building a comprehensive infrastructure within the property, including a metal fabrication and painting factory, a staging area for substation construction, and a transformer oil testing center.

Founded in 1973, and originally known as Asiaphil Manufacturing Industries, Inc., the firm currently has over 25 domestic locations around the Philippines and 5 overseas locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, Hongkong, Singapore, and Italy.

ALLHC President and CEO Robert S. Located in Barangays Moog and Tubajon in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, the Laguindingan Technopark covers a total of 105 hectares of which 62 hectares under Phase 1 is already fully developed including the access and road network. It is designed to accommodate light and medium, non-polluting industries. Launched in 2019, the technopark is envisioned to be a logistics hub in Northern Mindanao.
