Apl Mcandrei “Andy” Gemao, the pride of Iligan City, recorded the highest vertical leap of 40.5 inches (maximum) and 32.5 inches (standing) among 40 young prospects participating in the 8th Basketball Without Borders Global Camp, which is part of the NBA All-Star 2024 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The 6-foot high-flying guard is the lone Filipino player invited to the camp.
Shown below are the measurements of the campers. Gemao is among the shortest officially measured as 5’11.5″ but nonetheless the most athletic with the highest leap both standing and vertical.

His team (Detroit) went 2-1 where he got to compete against other elite prospects + learn from the likes of Detlef Schrempf & Joakim Noah.
