Wee Community Developers, Inc., Magnahomes, Inc., and Chrey Builders Corporation have recently signed a contract last February 13, 2024, formally collaborating in the construction of Intalio Flats Primea, the residential condominium complex located in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City. This comes as the project shifts to vertical construction with the completion of foundation works.
Signing the contract were: (L-R) Wee Community Developers, Inc. Corporate Technical Head, Engr. Michael Visaya, Magnum Group Of Companies Project Director, Ms. Shiela Cahanap, Magnum Group Of Companies Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Edward Chiu, President & Magnum Group Of Companies President & CEO, Mr. Roger Chiu, Chrey Builders Corporation President, Engr. Christopher John Chua, Wee Community Developers, Inc. Chief Operating Officer Mr. Carson Choa, Chrey Builders Corporation Project Manager, Engr. Erwin Buenaventura, and Chrey Builders Corporation Architect, Ar. Aries Borromeo.
Intalio Flats Primea is a 6-building midrise residential condominium complex.
Foundations works were initiated last year for Phase 1 development composed of Buildings A and B, both 12 storeys. In October 2023, the developer officially unveiled Building C and D, both 14 storeys.
