Have you tried Filipo’s Soufflé Pancakes yet? Soufflé (pronounced ‘soo-flay’) pancakes are lighter and have more airy texture than regular pancakes making servings thicker. It comes in several flavors or toppings like nutella, blueberry, matcha, oreo, biscoff, among others. More flavors will be available soon. Price – P155.
You have to wait for your order where the attendant prepares the batter right there.
Once the batter is done, they pour it into the soufflé pancake maker where four pieces are made in 5 minutes.
