Except for a new more structural steel frames, there is not much significant progress on the construction for the new Cagayan de Oro City Library situated along Don Apolinar Velez Street, adjacent to Pelaez Sports Center. As shown, there is no work observed at the project site, to note that this was taken yesterday, Monday. Once finished, this building will also accommodate 52 classrooms for the City Central School as well as serve as the home of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines office.
