LYNN EIRENE LOMONGO of IPONAN is the first ever Miss Universe Philippines Cagayan de Oro. She will compete in the Miss Universe Philippines Beauty Pageant. Meanwhile, Rexzil Paayas of Tablon is 1st Runner-up while Christine Campion of Bulua placed 2nd Runner-up. Congratulations!
