An updated rendering has been released of the upcoming Uptown Metropolis, a 9.13-hectare mixed use development by A Brown Co. Inc. located along South Diversion Road near Pelaez (Taguanao) Bridge in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. Apart from the high-rise residential condominiums, the development now includes a 10-storey and another 6-storey office building at the area originally planned for retail and supermarket.
The change is on the upper right section of the property.
Compare with the previous plan below.
Most likely, the commercial and retail sections may still occupy the ground floor.

This will be the second development after the 14-storey Zircon Condominium Project which will be the first building of the Alexandrite Columns, a cluster of residential condominiums at Uptown Metropolis.
