The Cagayan de Oro City Council has approved City Ordinance No. 2024-363 which authorizes the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office (CLENRO) and/or the Project Management Team of Project Lunhaw to conduct inventory, assessment and evaluation of the actual condition of the trees at the areas covered by the Project Lunhaw within Plaza Divisoria in compliance to tree cutting permit requirements.
Said ordinance also authorizes CLENRO and/or Project Management Team of Project Lunhaw to apply for tree cutting permit with Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) in Initao, Misamis Oriental.
