The Xavier University Crusaders recently topped the local city qualifiers tournament to advance to the National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) Mindanao Regional Championship (RC) set February 2-4 in Sarangani Province. The top four that will emerge from the Mindanao RC will claim a slot in the NBTC National Finals at the MOA Arena from March 18 to 24. The NBTC tournament offers a glimpse of the best under-19 players of the country today.
