Continuing construction work is observed on the Macasandig Section of the River Boulevard Project as part of the JICA-funded Cagayan de Oro River Flood Risk Management Project from Paseo del Rio towards Balulang-Macasandig Bridge. The dike is already done and work is now focused on the river boulevard.
The last right-of-way issue was resolved and is now connected to the project.
Meanwhile, this building construction below is reportedly a DPWH satellite office.
