On the commemoration of Rizal Day, December 30, 2023, Carmen Art District is holding an opening reception for its year-end art exhibition, Interlocal/Transregional: Terrains of Practice, a survey exhibition of Kagay-anon artists who studied at the U.P. College of Fine Arts in Diliman. The show runs from until January 30, 2024. Participating artists are Pat Taco Borja, Oscar Floirendo, Ian Quirante, Kelly Ramos, Louie Talents, and Jericho Vamenta.
