Here are a few more latest photos of Vail Residences, SMDC’s first condominium development in Cagayan de Oro City located in Upper Carmen. Set to be completed in 2027, construction of the first four buildings are well underway. The project will have resort-inspired amenities, hotel-like lobbies with Wi-Fi access, open parks and play spaces, integrated commercial spaces, and a transport hub.
