RANDOM SHOTS: Cracks found at CDO National Junior High School Buildings after numerous aftershocks

Personnel of the Department of Education (DepEd) Division in Cagayan de Oro have found several cracks at the Cagayan de Oro City National High School Building in Nazareth. This as DepEd started inspecting schools in the city relative to the numerous aftershocks following the Magnitude 7.4 earthquake last Saturday, December 2 with epicenter near Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy has also issued an executive order suspending classes on December 5-6 for all elementary and secondary public schools pending rapid post-earthquake damage assessment. Other government agencies likewise have conducted similar assessment as aftershocks of the earthquake continue to occur.
