At least four persons were killed while several others were injured following a bombing incident at a Catholic worship event at the Dimaporo Gym inside Mindanao State University – Marawi City (MSU-Marawi) Campus early Sunday, December 3, 2023. Lanao del Sur Gov. Mamintal “Bombit” Alonto Adiong, Jr. who went to the site has ordered the immediate investigation on the incident. Meanwhile, MSU Marawi has suspended all classes until further notice and deployed additional security personnel to safeguard the campus.
Victims were rushed to the Amai Pakpak Medical Center.
Gov. Adiong then visited the victims at Amai Pakpak Medical Center.
