Tsada Fireworks from Cagayan de Oro City emerged as Champion in the 1st Mayor Klarex Pyromusical Fireworks Competition held Friday night, December 1 at Rio de Oro Boulevard. First runner-up went to Cotabato and 2nd Runner-up was snagged by entry from Makati. The event drew thousands of spectators which packed the 2.3-kilometer riverside roadway.
