Renie Angelo Magna hit the winning shot as Merry Child School (MCS) representing Team Cagayan de Oro outlasted Team Binmaley from Pangasinan, 10-9, in overtime, to bag the U18 Championship in the MDC 3×3 Season 3 Battle of Champions, 2023 National Finals held last Saturday, November 25 at the Amoranto Sports Complex in Quezon City. Meanwhile, CDO’s Aigicle Lloyd Sabanal was named Most Valuable Player. Other members of Team CDO are Jay Xander Daing, and Kent Jay-R Magriña. Congratulations!

Both teams were tied at 8 at the end of regulation. The first team to score 2 points in overtime wins the game.
Team CDO also competed in the U13, U15, U21 and women’s open categories.
