Traveling to Iligan City soon? All motorists are advised that the City Government of Iligan is now strictly enforcing the Speed Limit Ordinance pursuant to Article II of City Ordinance No. 02-4256 otherwise known as the “New Traffic Code of Iligan City.” For your reference, the speed limit in the City Proper and crowded areas is set at 30 KPH, while it is 60 KPH along the highway. To ensure compliance, the Iligan City Traffic and Parking Management Office (ICTPMO) has installed speed restriction signs in various locations across the city and is utilizing speed guns to monitor motorists’ adherence to these limits.
