Three state-owned educational institutions in Northern Mindanao have participated in the State Universities and Colleges (SUC) National Parol Making Competition organized by the Office of the President (OP) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), showcasing their creativity under the theme “Isang Bituin, Isang Mithiin” (One Star, One Goal). The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP), Bukidnon State University (BukSU), and Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) have all contributed original designs crafted by their talented students, each reflecting the distinctive traditions of their respective academic institutions.
