Qualfon, a Business Process and Contact Center Outsourcing provider with headquarters in Highland Park, Michigan, USA will be opening a new site in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. There are no timetable yet for the opening but they have just opened links for recruitment. Other sites in the country include Manila, Cebu and Dumaguete. Aside from the United States and Philippines, Qualfon also has presence in Central and South America.
