AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) has completed land development for the initial phase of Laguindingan Technopark, its first industrial park in Mindanao. Located in Barangays Moog and Tubajon in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, Laguindingan Technopark is designed to accommodate light and medium, non-polluting industries. The completed Phase 1 of the 105-hectare Laguindingan Technopark covers 62 hectares and now has road networks. It is the first development of the 526-hectare master-planned estate called Habini Bay.
Laguindingan Technopark features high-standard infrastructure and a 24/7 safe and secured community. It holds the status of being a BOI-registered Domestic Industrial Zone, offering attractive incentives and streamlined operations for potential investors.
