Can United Hills Subdivision, a 4.9-hectare housing project initiated by the City Government of Gingoog, is now currently undergoing site development in Barangay Minsapinit. The project aims to provide 433 housing units for informal settlers, high-risk households, and families in need of resettlement. Located approximately 9.5 kilometers south of the City Proper and 2.4 kilometers from the main highway, the subdivision is ably supported by the National Housing Authority (NHA). Site development is expected to be finished by May 2024, following which housing construction will commence.
