With pile driving works are continuing for Buildings A and B, the developers of Intalio Flats Primea have now introduced Building C, which has 14 storeys and a roof deck. Located along San Antonio Street (near STI) in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City, Building C will have 264 residential units divided into Solaris (facing west) and Eco Flats (facing east). While the amenities of Buildings A and B are located at the roof deck, Building C will have the amenities at the 3rd level. Penthouse and loft units are at the top floors. Meanwhile, the first 2 floors will be parking levels.
Pile works are expected to be completed before the year ends.
General construction and vertical works will follow thereafter.
Buildings A and B are targeted to be completed in 2026 and Building C in 2028.
A scaled model of Building C has been added to the display.
Similarly with Buildings A and B, Building C and the upcoming Building D will also be connected at the lower levels.
