To advance the architectural design of the proposed Xavier University (XU) Masterson Campus, the Campus of the Future Executive Committee of Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan, Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) representatives, and Aidea Inc.’s architectural team recently held a kickoff activity at the XU Audio Visual Room last Tuesday, October 17, 2023. This marked a significant step toward realizing the future Xavier Ateneo site.
The Campus of the Future Execom was led by University President Fr. Mars P. Tan SJ, Mr. Eduardo F. Pelaez, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Ms. Emma A. Nieva, a trustee. All Execom members attended the meeting. Meanwhile, the CLI delegation included Architects Michael Sugano and Jun Saso. Architect Abelardo M. Tolentino, Jr., Founder, CEO, and President of Aidea, led his team in discussing and presenting their proposed project delivery process. Also present were Aidea Architects Ricardo A. Reyes and Trey Mariano.
XU and Aidea are scheduled to engage in a series of design process activities in the upcoming days.
