Cagayan de Oro City will be hosting an official game of the 2023-2024 PBA Commissioner’s Cup on December 16, 2023 pitting Paul Lee, Calvin Abueva and the Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots against Beau Belga, the comebacking James Yap and the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters. Interestingly, it will be a homecoming for Magnolia’s Jio Jalalon and ROS’s Rey Nambatac. This is based on the PBA’s full schedule released today.
The specific venue was not disclosed but this could either be at Xavier University Gym or the Aquilino Pimentel Jr International Convention Center.
