Limketkai Luxe Hotel and Liceo de Cagayan University were declared overall champions in the Professional and Student Divisions, respectively, during the recently concluded 3-day KUMBIRA 2023, Northern Mindanao’s largest culinary event, held October 11 to 13 at The Atrium of LimKetkai Mall. The 27th edition of this culinary showcase was organized by the Cagayan de Oro Hotel and Restaurant Association (COHARA), in collaboration with the Department of Tourism Region 10 (DOT-10). The theme for this year’s event was “Championing Local Flavors: Our Cuisine, Our Coffee.”
