Following several complaints, law enforcement and barangay tanods in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City successfully apprehended a motorcycle drag racer. Numerous reports of illegal drag racing along the Coastal Road had been filed at the barangay office, leading to disturbances and noise complaints from local residents during the night.
