Meranie Gadiana Rahman, originally from Talisayan, Misamis Oriental and studied in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, but now residing in Hawaii, USA, achieved a historic milestone by winning the title of Mrs. Universe 2023. She is the first Filipina to claim the crown in the pageant’s 46-year history. The coronation night took place last Sunday, October 8, at the Newport Performing Arts Theater at Newport World Resorts in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Congratulations!
Kalpana Shukia (India-UK) was 1st Runner-up with Arlene Cris Damot (Philippines) as 2nd Runner-up. Emma Melik-Adaman (Black Sea) and Anna Pechurina (Moscow) won 3rd and 4th Runner-up, respectively.
