The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, in partnership with the Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. (ORO CHAMBER), officially opened the annual Cagayan de Oro Business Enterprises, Services, and Trade Exposition, more popularly known as “ORO BEST EXPO”, yesterday, October 4, 2023, at Edsa Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. The event which runs up to Sunday, October 8, showcases the finest products and services that the city and Northern Mindanao has to offer.
The event kicked off with a grand opening ceremony and ribbon cutting, led by City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas, representative of Mayor Klarex Uy; Oro Chamber President Raymundo G. Talimio Jr., CPA, MBM; Regional Governor Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Reuben Vegafria; PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority Administrator and CEO Atty. Joseph Donato J. Bernedo; USAID UPSKILL representative Richard Abadan; Cagayan de Oro-Trade and Investment Promotions Center Department Manager John W. Asuncion, and LGU-CDO City Information Officer Ivy Guantero, among others.
Additionally, City Administrator Atty. Raagas delivered Mayor Klarex Uy’s message of gratitude to Oro Chamber for organizing the annual expo and their commitment to helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Also displayed in the EXPO is an inflatable raft following the city’s trademark, the white water rafting.
