Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board – Region 10 (LTFRB-10) officials headed by Regional Director Aminoden Guro, joined executives from PONTRANSCO in the formal launch of ten (10) Modernized PUV units and the Filipay-PLDT Fleet Management System Command Center today. These Fuso Canter units will operate on the Cogon Mkt-Bayabas route and back, with a passenger capacity of 20 seated and 10 standing passengers.
