State-owned University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) in Cagayan de Oro City became the first government educational institution to revert back to online classes following the rise of flu-like symptoms and related health concerns in the city. The official announcement was made through Memorandum No. 136, s. 2023, by the Office of the Chancellor at USTP Cagayan de Oro. The online instruction delivery in synchronous mode will be from September 28, 2023, at 1:00 PM until October 6, 2023.
