Construction of the proposed KCC Mall of Iligan will start in the 4th Quarter of this year. This was finally confirmed following a letter from the project consultant requesting certificate of non-objection from LGU of Brgy Saray, one of the barangays surrounding the 7-hectare property where the upcoming mall will rise. It will be Iligan’s biggest commercial development since Robinson’s Place Iligan which opened in 2017. Accordingly, the proponent is currently in the process of securing all necessary permits prior to start of construction.
