The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) is looking for bidders for a 15-year concession contract for the management and operation of cargo-handling, passenger, RORO and other port-related services of the clustered ports of Balbagon, Benoni and Guinsiliban, all in Camiguin Province. The minimum concession fee for the duration of the concession period is P271.768 million, with a minimum concession fee of P8.195 million for the first year of the contract.
The Port Terminal Management Contract (PTMC) will cover the following:
- Ancillary and other related services
- Berthside Operations
- Stevedoring Service
- Passenger Terminal Management
- Porterage Management
- RORO Cargo Services
- Storage Management
- Waste and Shore Reception Facility Management
- Weighbridge Facility
