Here are aerial photos of Kho Shipping Lines’ MV Pio Corpus Star while docked at the Port of Cagayan de Oro during its maiden voyage to the city on September 5, 2023. The first passenger vessel to serve direct trips between the city and Siquijor, the vessel departs Cagayan de Oro to Lazi, Siquijor every Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
The scheduled arrival of the vessel in the Port of Cagayan de Oro is at 12:00PM and will depart from the said Port at 5:00PM.
The MV Pio Corpus Star has a Gross Registered Tonnage of 3,283.00 with a Length Overall of 67.74 meters. The vessel will specifically have a route plying Cagayan de Oro – Lazi, Siquijor – Dumaguete – Cebu and vice-versa.
With this new vessel, transporting from Cagayan de Oro to Siquijor and vice-versa will definitely make the travelers’ lives easier, comfortable and less hassle. Plus, this will surely help in boosting the economy and tourism of both places.
