Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Cong. Rufus Rodriguez together with staff of the Department of Public Works and Highways 2nd District Engineering Office (DPWH 2nd DEO) held the groundbreaking ceremony in Barangay Consolacion for the retrofitting of Marcos Bridge. The retrofitting project worth P50 million aims to strengthen the 51-year old structure against seismic events and can still be utilized by motorists.
