Italpinas Development Corporation’s P2.38-billion mixed-use development in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City will be called PARCO ITALIA and will feature a sustainable community composed of different typologies of 4-storey green buildings with a green park at the center. To be developed by Italpinas’ subsidiary for the economic market IDC Homes, the project will have a minimalist and contemporary green design incorporating healthy natural ventilation for fresh air and illumination with generous distance between the buildings. Total project area is 43,198 square meters.
