Six Eleven Global Services, the first locally-owned call center in Davao City and the entire Mindanao, is expanding in Cagayan de Oro City as it aims to double its current agent count to 5,000 by 2025. This was disclosed by its President and CEO George Michael Hao Bian who also stated that he expects AI to transform the BPO industry and offer new opportunities and benefits to both service providers and clients.
