Construction of Dear Joe, the Instagrammable coffeeshop at The Midtown by Vista Estates in Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City is now in the final stages. As shown, the signage of the first letter-writing cafe in the Philippines has just been installed and its signature colors can already be observed. Exterior and interior works are still ongoing while pavement works are also underway. At the rate, it could finally open soon. Browse over latest photos below.
