The first Kagay-an International Dragon Boat Fiesta Race is now well underway in Cagayan de Oro City with nineteen (19) local and foreign teams competing. It is one of the core event for this year’s Higalaay Festival. Check out the initial photos during the ceremonial start of the 2-day event.
