Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Cong. Rufus Rodriguez recently led the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2-lane 1.9-kilometer section at Barangay FS Catanico which is part of the 29.5-kilometer Balubal-Indahag Mountain Diversion Road, a major segment of the new diversion road project linking Sayre Highway to Laguindingan Airport via the mountain route. The latest funding for the project has an allocation of P135 million.
