Hotel 101 Cagayan de Oro will be located right beside CityMall Bulua. This was finally confirmed with the latest Annual Report for 2022 of DoubleDragon Corporation. Hotel 101 is operated through its subsidiary, Hotel of Asia, Inc. (HOA). Said report indicated that HOA will be leasing a space from CityMall Commercial Centers Inc. (CMCCI) which operates CityMall Bulua. There is still no timetable and details yet for the upcoming hotel project but based on the initial rendering released, it will be a high-rise about 24-25 storeys.
