There’s another trending food stand near Cogon Market in Cagayan de Oro City. Necy’s Pancakes located along Lt. Guillermo Street near Dilao Bargain Center serves Japanese Fluffy Pancakes at only Php49 which comes in several flavors – mango graham, matcha cookie, creme brulee, tiramisu, maple, chocolate cookie and dragon strawberry. They also have the latest – alcapone for Php59. Open daily from 5:00pm to 9:00pm or when supply lasts.
As compared to the traditional pancake, Japanese fluffy pancakes are smaller in diameter around 3 inches but relatively thicker around 2 inches. They’re already cooked and brought to the site.
Nanay Necy and her staff simply prepare the pancakes onsite with the different flavors while customers wait.

By the way, Necy’s Pancakes also accept GCash payments.
They use a torch to cook the sugar on top for the Creme Brulee.
The Dragon Strawberry flavor is actually pancakes topped with strawberry and dragon fruit.
If it’s green, that’s Matcha Cookie.
Tiramisu and Mango Graham are among the favorites.
Necy’s Pancakes actually started with the traditional pancakes but then simply upgraded to the Japanese version and adding some flavors.
They started selling Japanese fluffy pancakes only last June 29 and since then, it’s been a good business move.
