Italpinas Development Corporation through its subsidiary IDC Homes held the official groundbreaking ceremony for its Verona Green Residences, the low-rise walk-up condo development located in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. As of posting time, all three buildings under Phase 1 and 6 of the 7 buildings under Phase 2 are now officially SOLD OUT!
As shown, only Building A under Phase 2 (nearest to SM City CDO Uptown) with 54 units is left. All other buildings are SOLD OUT.
