Planning to buy, sell or even negotiate for a real property? The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) recently released Department of Finance Department Order No. 032-2023 implementing the revised schedules of Zonal Values of real properties in the cities of Cagayan de Oro (5th revision) and El Salvador (4th revision) and the municipalities of Alubijid, Balingasag, Claveria, Gitagum, Initao, Jasaan, Laguindingan, Libertad, Lugait, Manticao, Naawan, Opol, Tagoloan and Villanueva, all in Misamis Oriental. DO 032-2023 was signed last May 15, 2023 and its effectivity date is July 20, 2023.
The latest zonal values were determined after the conduct of public hearing last October 28, 2022. These are within the jurisdiction of Revenue District Office No. 98 – Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Revenue Region No. 16 – Cagayan De Oro City.
