Just launched today, July 13, 2023, The Montage (pronounced Mon-Tazh) by Vista Estates is a 50-hectare Grand European-inspired masterplanned estate located right beside Gran Europa in Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City. It is divided into five zones – Zones 1 and 3 are residential havens offering both horizontal gated neighborhoods and condominium villages called the Belmonde Towers. Zones 2 and 4 will be the commercial and business center while Zone 5 takes care of residents’ wellness and hospitality needs.
The Belmonde Towers is composed of two 7-storey and one 12-storey condominium buildings will be the first to be developed located right across Vista Mall Gran Europa. It will be constructed with intelligent building design, replete with modern-day technology, and relaxing amenities.
