Personnel of Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) Station 6 in Puerto arrested a suspected goat thief during a hot pursuit operation after responding to a report from a 62-year old resident of Zone 3 Agusan this city who caught the suspect in the act of stealing her goat and loading it into his tricab or bao-bao. An immediate response of police personnel under the supervision of PMaj. Allan Cairel led to the arrest of the suspect.
