Cagayan de Oro’s Marco John Rementizo stopped Thailand’s Danai Ngiabphukhiaw to capture the WBC Asia Light Flyweight title at the Tupatemi Air Force Central Stadium in Bangkok today, June 24, 2023. Rementizo dominated the fight knocking down the Thai three times, once in the 2nd round and twice in the 6th. A wicked left hook to the body put the Thai for good in the 6th round. Congratulations!
