Personnel of the City Veterinary Office are seen rounding up stray dogs at Xavier Heights Subdivision in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City today, June 20, 2023. Accordingly, this is just the initial operations against stray animals who freely roam the streets which could potentially harm or bite unsuspecting individuals. The local homeowners association are also calling pet owners to be responsible enough to clean up after their pets.
The dogs will be brought to the City Pound.
